Responsibilities
• Provide extraordinary customer service• Build value by offering tailored solutions• Represent the company and AT&T brand with professionalism• Assist with store operations and duties• Cooperate with fellow RSCs for a team approach• Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones• Excel in selling AT&T's products/services• Work with wireless leaders to stand out in the local community
Requirements
• Clear communication skills• Attitude and technical aptitude• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity• Background in Retail Sales is helpful• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Strong social media presence preferred• Must have reliable transportation• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax• Adhere to Team Color policy while maintaining neat and professional appearance• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking• Requirement to stand for long periods of time• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to follow instructions to completion• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints• Ability to adapt to fluctuating noise levels• Problem-solving skills under pressure
