Key Responsibilities
- To provide excellent customer friendly service
- Deal with customer needs and resolve any customer queries and enquiries.
- Keep and remain up to date with the latest products and devices
- Keeping displays and stocks to the highest standard
- Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
- Handling of money and using the till system
Key Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hardworking, reliable and good communicator
- Great telephone manner
- Strong attendance and punctuality
A knowledge of the vaping industry and excellent customer friendly service skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
