Retail Shopkeeper

Summary of Position:

range to our customers. We are in an exciting phase of growth and scaling, and we seek a dedicated Retail
Shopkeeper to join our team.
As a Retail Shopkeeper, your primary responsibility will be to manage and operate the shop effectively
alongside our existing team members. This role requires a blend of talent, enthusiasm, and commercial
creativity.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the food and wine sector.
• Strong command of English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and be creatively driven in a commercial setting.
Reports to Business Owner
Manage daily retail operations ensuring smooth functioning of
the store.
• Take self-initiative to implement strategies that align with the
business goals.
• Make informed, real-time decisions to benefit both clients and the
business.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, fostering positive
relationships with clients.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring a beneficial
partnership for the store.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and promote
store products.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized store
environment.
