Luxury Active Streetwear Brand, Red Run, is looking for experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in our brand-new Flagship store in the heart of Liverpool ONE.
At Red Run we obsess over our customer and have worked to create a brand that is built on passion, determination, and quality clothing. Following the rapid growth of Red Run, which was established in 2021 by a creative and ambitious group of women we have now launched our first Flagship store in Liverpool ONE. Red Run is built on values which run through all aspects of the business, prioritising sustainable fashion and exceptional service for our loyal customer base.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and creative leader to join our growing team to manage our Liverpool one store. The role of the full-time Flagship store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the store, including business strategy, resources management, team development and engagement. As well as this, the successful applicant will combine an outgoing personality with a genuine passion and understanding of the Red Run brand.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Creating and driving a competitive business strategy.
- Coordination of monthly business reviews, previous month performance and strategy for future month.
- Ownership of flag ship store standards.
- Daily audits of Start of day & end of day standards.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of all store employees.
- Engagement strategy embedding Red Run culture and creating a best in class working environment.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Rotational weekend working required, minimum of four weekend days worked per month (during seasonal launches this is likely to increase).
Required skills & qualifications:
- Degree (preferred not necessary).
- 3-5+ years within retail management.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in payroll systems, time & attendance management, excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven high levels of ownership.
