We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team.
As a Retail Store Supervisor. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Retail Store. Your main goal will be to ensure the store runs smoothly, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets.
```Duties```
- Support all aspects of the store's operations working in close contract with the Store Mangaer, including supervising staff on sales, customer service, inventory management,.
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
- Monitor staff for inventory level Management and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Verify work schedules and manage employee time off requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and Report attendence of Staff and incident
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail management is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,076.00-£33,000.00 per year
