The Role
As a Retail Strategist, you will deliver world class customer success, challenging our customers to be brave enough to change their ways of working so they can realise better margins and higher profits!
Your mission is to deliver projects that enable customers to achieve their business objectives on the EDITED platform to drive measurable impact while serving as a technical and industry expert. If you’re not an expert on EDITED already, don’t worry, because we’ll make you one!
You will be a strong product advocate, and support each of our individual users to become as proficient in using the EDITED app as you are. You will also be a strong customer advocate - feeding back their views about the product to the relevant teams and helping to shape the development of our software. We expect you to be passionate about our customers, and be as excited about helping them to get the most value out of our product, as we are.
Responsibilities:
Advocate for our products, and understand existing processes within retailers and brands
Communicate across time zones and with a variety of people and roles
Be tech savvy and able to communicate feedback and feature requests back to the product teams at EDITED
Document processes meticulously
Articulate EDITED's positioning, use cases, and value
Be numerate and data literate, and know how to identify trends in client usage to create and deliver training
Increase product adoption and project opportunities
Build documentation and materials to support the on-boarding programs you create
Qualifications:
2+ years working in the head office at a retailer or brand
An interest or background in SaaS, data, or a strong curiosity and willingness to learn
Proven success in growing existing accounts and relationships
Desire to be on a collaborative team while working independently on your own projects
Passion for presenting, communication thoroughly, and guiding others

At EDITED we are set up to work remotely and operate a hybrid approach. Employees in London are required to come into the office 2 x per week as a minimum
