Retail Supervisor

Our Notting Hill Shack are looking for a customer focused, part time Team Leader to wow our customers!

Some of what the job involves:

• To have a passion for the Loaf brand and product
• Welcoming all shack visitors
• Knowing our products and understanding the workmanship behind them
• Consistently provide helpful and informed service
• Aid customers with their selections and provide honest opinions and styling advice when required.
• Process cash and card transactions
• Assist customers with processing orders online.
• Assuming responsibilities of the Shack Manager in their absence
• Ensure tiptop product knowledge and understanding of our brand at all times.
• Consistently provide helpful and informed service with confidence and clarity
• Process orders on our systems, providing delivery, 'will it fit' and lead time advice.
• Recommending "up-sell" products
• Maintaining the Loaf brand in the Shack to the highest standard by following the Shack Retail Guidelines

To set you up for success, we're looking for the following:

• Proven retail experience within a customer facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and listening skills
• The ability to work independently and show initiative
• The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions
• Confidence and common sense
• Excellent motivation and people management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence and common sense
• A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
• Flexibility and availability to work at other showroom locations during our Monday to Sunday opening hours
