Retail Supervisor

Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Retail Supervisor based in Mold to work for a fantastic manufacturer. This role requires at least 3 years of experience within a Retail Supervisor role or similar.

Key Details:
* Motivate and lead team members to ensure consistent delivery of a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the full product range across all departments, including current pricing and seasonal offers to maximize sales and promote reputation and repeat business.
* Be fully competent on the till system, able to train staff and resolve issues arising to ensure accuracy.
* Ensure retail areas, including plants stock, within your scope of responsibility, are fully stocked and presented to a high standard at all times.
* Monitor and record complaints and report regularly to the Manager in order to identify patterns and trends, to help eliminate future issues.
* Liaise with marketing to update social media, website changes.
* Assist the Manager with HR and H&S administration such as rota’s and holidays, induction and training as appropriate.
