Key Responsibilities:
EPOS System Oversight: Manage the setup, configuration, and regular maintenance of our EPOS hardware and software, ensuring it is reliable, up-to-date, and meets the evolving needs of our business.
Leadership and Team Development: Direct a team of EPOS assistants, offering guidance, training, and support to build a high-performing, skilled team.
Performance and KPI Management: Regularly assess team performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and company goals.
Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with EPOS system providers, fostering partnerships that benefit our operational objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Engage in detailed data analysis and reporting, turning data into actionable insights for business strategy.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all EPOS systems comply with the highest data security standards and regulations.
Project Management and System Updates: Lead and manage projects related to system updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Technological Innovation and Trend Awareness: Proactively stay informed about emerging retail technologies, such as RFID tagging, and assess their applicability to enhance our retail operations.
EPOS Data Utilisation: Analyse EPOS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing business decisions and strategies.
Collaboration with Inventory Teams: Work closely with stock management teams to ensure data accuracy and effective stock management.
Inventory Accuracy Initiatives: Implement and manage initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies, incorporating advanced technologies as appropriate.
