The role
The role at Sunnamusk as a Team leaders is at the heart of what we do and drive a positive customer experience by being the face of Sunnamusk.
We are a sales-driven company and look for candidates that are passionate about driving sales and therefore increasing their commission potential. A successful sales associate will be a confident salesperson with a proven track record of working with a commission/target-based role previously.

Team Leader responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ascertain customers needs and strive to upsell where possible.
- Recommend and display items that match customers needs.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
- Ensure that daily sales goals are met.
- Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits.
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
- Ensure rules and regulations are followed.
- Handle customer and employee complaints
- Resolve conflicts between employees.
About you
- Proven working experience in a retail sales environment
- A desire to actively strive for excellence.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal communication
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
