HM Stanley is a licensed operator of M&S Food, and as a locally owned company, we have big ambitions for ourselves and our employees. We are opening our first M&S Food store, and are looking for an experienced leaders ready to make it a success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team in a similar environment.
As a leader of our retail business, you'll do more than just oversee daily operations. You'll support the growth & profitability of your store, role model great customer service and develop great talent and capability within your team.
To drive a selling culture within your team
Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
To utilise and exploit data to support operational decisions, and managing the KPIs
Implement a continuous improvement mentality within your team.
To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment
Takes ownership and accountability for the success of the team
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
We can offer full or part time positions and the salary will be pro rated based on contracted hours.
Full-Time 40 hrs per week
