Summary

With your love of working with people and desire to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop answering any questions they have. Working at Hill Top you will be sharing the iconic story of Beatrix Potter and championing the National Trust helping to generate vital income to support our conservation work in the local area.

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Contract/duration: Fixed Term until the 10th of November 2024

Hours/working pattern/hours: An average day is 9.15 am - 5.15 pm which includes a 30 minute lunch break, this can be flexible to suit your needs. This role will be required to work Sundays plus one week day which can be flexible.

Outside of school holiday's the shop is open on 6 days a week Saturday - Thursday and open 7 days a week during all school holiday's.

What you'll be doing
As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
