Retained & Executive Search Consultant
c 40,000 + Commissions + Benefits.
Our client is a Global Life Sciences Retained and Executive Search consultancy. Due to their continued success, they are looking to recruit a consultant who will take accountability for building a new desk, filling high-level, C-suite or niche placements.
The business will be happy to support the consultant with a Researcher and/or Delivery team once they bring in sufficient business, thus allowing them to focus on client growth and expansion.
Essential:
Proficient at opening business conversations and making business appointment.
Solid experience with new business development
Proven track record of selling retained services
Good communication skills (verbal, written)
Ability to network effectively
Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks
Ability to negotiate effectively
Professionalism and integrity: an ability to build on the reputation as a professional and credible organisation.
Desired:
Experience working in the Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Discovery, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Chemicals, Tech, or IT
Track record of successfully filling Senior Executive, C-suite, or niche roles
