They are looking for someone who has previous experience working in retentions, as well as someone who has worked in a target driven environment!

Retentions Team Leader Duties
- Conducting team reviews, meetings, 1-1’s
- Managing training sessions
- Ensuring call activity is hitting SLA’s
- Managing customer relationships
- Picking up complex queries
- Review call quality and provide feedback
