Job description

Our Retrofit Coordinators get to work on a broad portfolio of projects, meaning you will not just be delivering compliance but working on gold standard retrofit.

At Severn Wye we believe retrofit is not just about compliance but about giving the best possible advice to our clients. We have a range of projects across both able to pay and the affordable warmth sectors, we do not work with individual installers or single measures meaning you will have the opportunity to work on a range of property types with different measures looking for the best solution property by property.

You will already be a qualified Retrofit Coordinator (L5 Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management) preferably with experience delivering PAS 2035 compliant work through any accreditation body. You will have a passion for delivering the best outcomes you can for all parties through a pragmatic approach to retrofit.

You will share our passion for using retrofit to create a more sustainable future where everyone can afford to heat their homes. You will have experience communicating the complex ideas and concepts to homeowners and occupiers through written reports as well as verbally. You will be working as part of a team of Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors and Home Energy Experts within an organisation with over 25 years’ experience.

In return for your skills and hard work we offer a competitive salary, appropriate training, a company pension scheme, life assurance, flexible and hybrid working, 24 days leave raising to 29 (+1 a year) and bank holidays and a cycle to work scheme. If you’re looking to strengthen your career, broaden your experience and contribute to a sustainable future while doing so, we’d love to hear from you.
