What Will You Do?


  • Processing returns received at our warehouse for L’Occitane & Erborian
  • Activation of Gift Cards
  • Order management
  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, live chat & social media channels.
  • Assisting stores with customer related queries.
  • Assisting stores with Click & Collect management.
  • Answering online reviews & questions from customers.
  • Ensure that any customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Having a customer first style approach to all tasks.
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience for our customers.
  • Ensuring team KPIs are met.
  • Reporting any issues or factors affecting the customer journey.
