Over six months, you'll undergo ?intensive training and work on varied projects while being mentored by experienced professionals. After a successful preparation, we'll launch you into on-the-job training. At this stage, you'll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own

About the role:
On the Revolut rocket ship, there aren't many teams more important than Product. To put it simply: there's no lift-off without them. Frankly, there's no rocket. Every one of our features started here and all our future ones will too
The team's scope is wide, leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design. But when it comes to our vision of reinventing financial services, they're laser-focused.
Product Owners at Revolut hold the helm If you join the Dream Team, you'll learn to have sole responsibility over the roadmap of a product. Total ownership. The people, the profit, the loss, is all in the Product Owner's hands. It's fast paced. Very much so. But if you can manage all that - and bring with it a bottle full of entrepreneurial passion - then you're probably the captain we're looking for ?
What you'll be doing

• Working closely with senior Product Owners to learn and contribute to the product development process
• Assisting in defining product strategy and roadmaps based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
• Gathering and analysing data to inform product decisions, including user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
• Leading cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive product initiatives from concept to launch
• Creating detailed product requirements and specifications, and working with Design and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
• Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to iterate on features and designs
• Monitoring key performance metrics and using data to make informed product decisions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in product management

What you'll need

• Fluency in English
• To have graduated university in 2023 or 2024 with a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, computer science, or engineering
• Previous internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related fields
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Full-time availability for the programme and a willingness to continue working with Revolut after
