Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, reconciling accounts, and processing billings to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Billing Processing: Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Revenue Recognition: Assist in the recognition of revenue in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, billing records, and reconciliation activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and operations to resolve issues and improve processes related to revenue administration.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on revenue performance, billing metrics, and client feedback for management review.
