Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses + Benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability, including room sales, food and beverage, and ancillary services
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to optimize pricing, inventory allocation, and distribution channels
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, packages, and pricing strategies to drive demand and increase revenue
• Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand, track performance metrics, and generate reports

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or related roles in the hospitality industry
• MUST have sales experience in a 5
  * Hotel
• Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and distribution channels
• Knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting techniques to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights to optimize revenue performance
