Starting your Journey:

You will be joining Apex Hotels during an exciting period of growth and expansion following recent acquisitions. As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for revenue management across a portfolio of hotels and supporting colleagues within the team on specific commercial projects

Whilst based in our Head Office in Edinburgh/ London where we support hybrid working, there will be a requirement for travel throughout the UK to support onsite initiatives, key business partnerships and influence our industry sector.

Joining the dedicated Revenue Team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Revenue Management for Restaurant Bar, Conference & Events, Spa & Leisure & Memberships (RBCESLM)
  • RBCESLM competitor and market insights to support budget, pricing, distribution, COA
  • RBCESLM inventory distribution coordination with Sales, Spa, Membership and Marketing teams
  • RBCESLM production and achievement
  • RBCESLM forecasting
  • RBCESLM cost of acquisition and achievement of Rev Per Segment Inventory (RPSI) Net budgets
  • RBCESLM business mix to optimise sales and profit
  • RBCESLM margin augmentation aligned to Total income/GP budgets
  • Working with Sales, Spa, Membership and Marketing team to support key partner relationships across rooms channels
  • RBCESLM Sales data process across pace, price, forecast and system support to automate and distribute with key distribution partners

About you:

You will have a real passion for revenue management across different business segments coupled with strong communication and relationship development skills.

The following range of characteristics and competencies are sought:

  • Previous knowledge and experience of revenue management across different business segments, hospitality outlets, source, distribution
  • Proven track record of personal fulfilment of targets and KPI’s
  • Strong strategic, analytical and organisational skills
  • A competent user of full Microsoft Office applications including Excel, word and PowerPoint.
  • PMS/RMS/BI tools
  • Customer focused mentality with a good commercial mindset.
