Job description

Broster Buchanan are partnered with a quickly growing public sector procurement solutions business who are looking for a RevOps Director to continue to drive growth for the business. This is a new role created to work underneath the COO and review and improve the entire sales journey, so would suit someone with a strong commercial/operations and sales background. This isn’t a hands on sales role, but will have some customer success elements.
The role is being offered with fully remote working and a salary of £70k - £75k + up to 25% bonus.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with COO and senior leadership to design and implement revenue generation strategies in line with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation and formulate plans to capitalise on market trends and customer insights.
  • Oversee sales operations, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee service delivery operations ensuring these align with sales operations, focusing on customer service and service development aligned to dynamic customer needs.
  • Implement best practices and tools to optimise sales efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to further drive revenue generation efforts.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate quality leads and support sales targets.
  • Lead pricing strategy and optimisation to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct regular analysis of revenue data and identify trends to inform strategic decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, including providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Significant commercial experience in a similar role with a blend of sales and commercial/operations management
  • Significant experience reviewing and creating sales strategies and leading high performing sales teams
  • Experience of working with the public sector, and/or in a transactional, high volume environment would be highly beneficial
  • Experience working with complex data to inform effective decision making
