Revit Co-Ordinator

The Job

The Company

BSV are recruiting for a Revit Co-ordinator on behalf of one of our top M&E Sub Contractors in the Building Services Industry. With a turnover of excess £150m and currently involved in London's hottest construction projects, they now require skilled Revit Co coordinators to be based in their Central London office on a initial 6 month contract.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Production of co-ordinated 3D Models for Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health Services
Liaise with Electrical, Mechanical & Public Health Engineers and respective Project Managers
Support project teams creating BIM models
Liaise with the project team, client and consultants to review all BIM models for the project and make any necessary amendments

Qualifications & Experience

You will have:
at least 3 years minimum demonstrable knowledge using Revit MEP
work to a high standard of accuracy and quality
good understanding and knowledge of MEP Building Services
able to use own initiative and creative approachability to resolve CAD problems and issues
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work to deadlines
up to date with UK rules and regulations
