Revit MEP Coordinator

Revit MEP Coordinator required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a motivated Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading, independent Engineering and Construction Contractor. This long-term contract position is located in Warrington, and allows the selected candidate to operate on a largely remote basis!

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to work on major Nuclear projects in the UK. You will be joining a reputable Mechanical and Electrical contractor, who specialise in a variety of sectors across the Building Services and Infrastructure industries. Our client offers services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design, through to installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting with clients and building strong professional relationships

- Leading the MEP BIM delivery on a variety of projects

- Attending project meetings when necessary

- Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards

- Create a detailed 3D Building Services models using Revit MEP software

- Creating and managing MEP models and drawings to be implemented

- Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to ensure accurate delivery

- Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

-Strong analytical skills

- Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling

- BIM 360 experience is desirable

-Able to obtain Security Clearence

- Strong experience digesting BIM documentation

- Past experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops

- Experience using Navisworks, Autocad & Fabrication MEP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams.
