Contract - Revit MEP Coordinator
£33-£38 p/hr Outside IR35

We are working with an established Building Services consultancy to find them a Revit Coordinator to join their North West office in Manchester. With several UK offices you will be joining a dynamic building services team, working alongside people who revel in the opportunity to work on challenging, high profile projects.

It will be a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging projects in sectors including healthcare, datacentre, education and commercial sectors. Initially you will be in the office for the first couple of weeks to get up to speed with the projects, systems and team and then the role will move into hybrid working. 
Ideally you will have experience of the following:

• Coordination of MEP Building Services within a Revit role
• Have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT & Navisworks
• Preparation of multi-disciplinary drawing packages
• Detailed design drawings, detailed sketch drawings, schematics and fully coordinated drawings
• Able to attend external meetings with other design team members and contractors to discuss models and clash management
