Revit Technician

Revit Technician sought (MEP), Plymouth / Hybrid. Girling Jones require Revit Technician with a proven history of mechanical and electrical building services / MEP. We are delighted to be working alongside a leader within the building services sector looking to add a Revit Technician to their design and preconstruction team based within their Plymouth offices.
The business is a leader within the MEP Contractor sector with offices spanning the UK, and well over 100 years experience delivering mechanical and electrical services to a broad array of clients across the UK with projects typically within the commercial, large industrial, MoD, education, medical and various further with a healthy order book through 2024 / 25.
Day to day,

• Develop 3D M&E models and produce necessary drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Help develop and implement Revit throughout the business
• Working to deadlines alongside a team of M&E design engineers
• Co-ordinate accurately with all other disciplines

What you ll need to succeed,

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Construction related discipline (or equivalent)
• Proficient with software's such as Revit & CAD
• Understanding of BIM processes
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
