Revit Technician - Civil / Mep Peterborough East Midlands 5893

Our clients are a small consultancy based in Peterborough. They invest heavily in the latest technology to enable them to produce better results their clients. Some if this includes the use of AutoCAD, Revit and Autodesk Navisworks. Due to increased workload they are now keen to employ an additional Revit Technician.

Duties:

- Collaborate with engineers to develop design concepts and plans for various projects

- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and Revit

- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility

- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution

Experience:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for creating detailed drawings and schematics

- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and practice

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
