Working for this well-established commercial law firm on a Fixed Term Contract for 9-12 months, as Reward and Benefits Advisor you’ll be a leading contributor to the development of the rewards and Benefits strategy.


Salary – Up to £35,000 Per Annum

Location – Liverpool + Hybrid 2 days from home

Role Type – FTC 9-12 Months (Maternity Cover) / Full Time / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role


This is a vital role within the business which involves actively shaping the reward strategy and managing the firm’s benefits, including pensions, health, and risk benefits, alongside the UK's flexible benefits scheme. You will play a key part in ensuring the firm remains a preferred employer by creating and implementing initiatives focused on attracting and retaining top talent.


Duties include overseeing the Reward and Benefits renewal, planning and executing the annual reward programme, analysing provider data, managing the UK benefit portal and broker relationships, and handling international schemes. You will also assess benefit effectiveness, explore new options aligned with company values, ensure compliance with legislation, engage with key stakeholders, participate in HR projects, and support the HR team in benefits communication.
