I have a great opportunity for a Reward and Payroll specialist to join a leading automotive business. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Ireland (expensed). You will look at the reward offering for the Irish business as well as manage the payroll for c40 employees.
Your new role
You will look after the compensation packages for the Irish business, making sure they are aligned with the wider group. You will advise if the offerings are competitive and suggest new plans, for example the car scheme.
You will manage the Irish payroll, working with the provider to ensure they get all the correct data.
You will have the chance to find a new comprehensive payroll provider.
You will be the payroll expert, managing any day to day queries that may arise.
This role will require regular travel to Ireland, around once a month (expensed). It will be fully remote after the first week where you will need to be onsite in Farnborough, Hampshire.
This role will require a good understanding of Irish of the market and tax laws.
