We are looking for a Rewards & Benefits Analyst to join our team in Harrods. The role is an exciting opportunity to improve and embed new ways of working at Harrods.

About the Role

As the Rewards & Benefits Analyst you will be supporting the Reward & Benefits Manager within the HR Operations team to enable the development and delivery of Harrods' Reward Strategy. The role will lead on elements of the annual compensation cycle. including base salary reviews, benefit renewals, bonus schemes, commission schemes, compensation survey submission, and benchmarking processes.

You will understand job families, grading structures, and market benchmarking, having experience on implementing and embedding these models in large organisations. You will understand pay and bonus cyclical processes and have in-depth knowledge of running these cycles through HR systems.

You will also:

  • Support in the benefit renewal process by providing research and quality data analysis
  • Work with People Analytics to create reporting for reward metrics such as pay changes, commission markers, promotions, allowances, benefit enrolment.
  • Provide support to the shared services team for benefit and reward queries and any escalated issues.
  • Advise managers and People Partners on the career levelling framework supporting any new role or change requests

About You

The Rewards & Benefits analyst will be passionate and engaging to both the team and the company. You will have clear communication skills both written and verbal. You will also be highly organised and methodical when approaching tasks while displaying excellent attention to detail.

You will be knowledge in technical reward analysis by having prior experience with practical experience of salary and bonus reviews, pay benchmarking and benefit programmes.

You will also:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with Excel
  • Ability to present complex data in a simple user-friendly format for various audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and sometimes changing priorities. Demonstrates the ability to link business strategy to people practices.
  • An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the "as is".
