Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a growing business based in Denmark. Our client is based North of Copenhagen and are seeking a Reward Manager to join their team. You most have fluency in both Danish and English for this position. As Reward Manager, you will be responsible for owning and developing job architecture and reward policies and processes across the organisation. You will have experience working across Europe and the USA. The Reward Manager will manage all reward processes including pay review, benefits and incentive schemes and benchmarking. The business is circa 600 employees, so the business expects all employees to be both operational and strategic in ways of working and thinking.
Role
In this role, you will solely own job architecture and rewards across all geographies. You will embed and own reward processes, structures and systems and responsible for pay benchmarking. This role would suit a Reward Manager who has strength both in benefits and compensation - this role needs an individual who can lead on annual pay reviews, incentives and Benefits across all geographies. In this role, you will work really closely with the HR team and will hold great stakeholder management capabilities.
What are we looking for
Our client is looking for a proven Reward Manager with international / global exposure. The successful candidate, would have managed compensation in multiple geographies, experience working with external partners and experience managing reward and Benefits processes and systems.
