Hours:12 months fixed term contract for Maternity cover. Through the design and development of reward and governance data models, you will provide insightful, accurate and timely reward management information across all areas of responsibility to s
upport decision making. Working across the full range of Reward and Governance accountabilities you will find yourself involved in:Delivering our annual pay review and bonus activities through Workday Advanced Compensation.Conducting market benchmarking analysis to provide external insight and help shape our reward framework.Producing the annual regulatory Gender Pay Gap and CEO Pay Ratio reporting.Supporting with benefits renewals and producing benefits and pensions MI.Providing data outputs to be used in regulatory reporting requirements, including the Director Remuneration Report and Remuneration Policy Statements. What Do We Need From You? If you are interested in reward and want to make a difference, this is an excellent opportunity to join the Society’s Reward & Governance Team as we plan to deliver a compelling, competitive and personalised reward offering for all our colleagues.  We are looking for someone who is both analytical and people focused, with the ability to interrogate and manipulate complex data and communicate this in a way that is easy to understand.  To be successful you will be a highly analytical, data driven individual who has worked within a role where you have drawn conclusions or made recommendations based on data insights. You will also be a true team player who is able to collaborate with the full Reward & Governance team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.You will have excellent planning and organisation skills and experience of keeping a critical project on track, working flexibly to deliver to tight deadlines and effectively manage priorities. Advanced MS Excel skills and Workday (or Advanced Compensation) knowledge are essential, and
ideally you will have a background in reward and an understanding of reward frameworks and practices.
