This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RF Engineer to join a highly-successful company at the forefront of Aerospace innovation in a newly-created role.
The Role
The RF Engineer will be working to develop innovative, low cost, and robust deployable RF antenna products across a range of applications including Synthetic Aperture Radar, SIGINT, Secure Sat Comms, IoT and data relay. In addition, and as well as providing expertise to the Business Development team in preparing technical proposals for customers, the RF Engineer will be responsible for the full life cycle of RF deployable antenna engineering work on multiple projects from the design and analysis through to test and delivery, and will work closely with mechanical design teams to achieve optimum RF performance.

What do I need?
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related subject
- Excellent RF and antenna design theory including related topics such as PIM and Multipactor effects
- Good working knowledge and demonstrable experience of using RF software packages such as CST Microwave, HFSS and GRASP
- Good working knowledge and demonstrable experience of using RF test equipment, such as vector network analyser
- Experience within a regulated industry such as Space, Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, etc. would be highly advantageous
