Salary Roles & Responsibilities:
Ride Operator
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Fully Flexible; working up to 5 days out of 7, covering hours that can be between 9:00am-7:00pm
Reporting to the Rides & Attraction Manager the Ride Operator position is a hands-on role, operating our rides and always striving to provide a memorable experience, whether you’re working on the iconic Dragon coaster or in a real-life LEGO submarine interacting with guests, you will seek out ways to put the thrill into their day.
More importantly, you will be adhering to all health and safety training and regulations according to each individual ride offering. Duties will include but are not limited to; height checking our guests to ensure they meet the minimum height requirement to safely ride, batching guests safely into ride vehicles, operating the rides using detailed and comprehensive operational panels, having undergone significant and thorough Rides and Health & Safety training, and ensuring your training is up to date so you are compliant with evacuation and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be proud to deliver excellent customer service, always having a bright smile regardless of the weather and seeking out opportunities to surprise and delight our guests!
- You must be comfortable to undertake comprehensive health & safety training and assessments, always seeking new ways to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
- Must be over the age of 18
- A clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable with lone working and standing for long periods of time
- Comfortable to work in an outdoor environment in all weathers (uniform is provided)!

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for Ride Operators to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK! Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024! This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us!
