Risk And Compliance Assistant

Do you have knowledge of Risk and Compliance subjects and are looking to join an organisation with excellent training?Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent professional firm based in Bath city centre, in their search for a Risk and Best Practice Assistant to join their experienced team.You will be joining the Risk and Best Practice department ensuring that a professional and high-quality service is provided to all queries concerning Risk and Compliance. May suit someone who has an interest in or has had exposure to the legal profession or someone who has has exposure to compliance through financial services or working in a regulated industry. DAY TO DAY:• Acting as the first point of contact for customer/client queries• Reviewing GDPR data breaches• Liaising with internal teams to respond to and resolve complex matters• Escalating complaints to the correct member of staff as and when required• Providing guidance for clients concerning onboarding queries• Supporting internal teams with system queries• Generating reports on the department's Risk and Compliance registers• Informing staff of any policy updates• Collating the department's certificates and registrations• Undertaking file audits and providing administrative support for external auditsWE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• Previous experience in an administration or advisory role, ideally within professional services• Knowledge of Risk and Compliance subjects - e.g. data protection• A professional and personable communicator - verbal and written• Able to oversee multiple projects within tight deadlines• A positive and proactive team playerAND FOR YOU:• Competitive salary• Hybrid working arrangements ( 3 days at home after training )• Great training and progression opportunities• 25 days annual leave ( Buy/sell scheme)• Pension scheme• Performance-related bonuses• Birthday off• Employee discounts• Life AssuranceIf this sounds like the role for you, then please click apply now.
