Form of work The principal purpose of the compliance function at Flint Bishop is to monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations across the following key areas: Money Laundering, Financial Crime, Data Protection, SRA Standards and Regulations, Health and Safety, Environmental, Client Care, and Quality.
This role is vital in supporting the businesses growth strategy and to drive forward development plans for the risk and compliance function. The risk and Compliance Advisor/Solicitor will act as a second line of defence and support management to help ensure risk and controls are effectively managed, and provide expert advice to the business.
The role will report to the Head of Compliance and work within a dedicated compliance department.
