SalaryI am currently looking to speak to Registered mental health nurses and Registered learning Disability nurses for a role based in Coventry as part of a Community Intensive Support Team working with young people with Autism.
Within this role you will be Supporting young people who are at risk of a tier 4 Admission. Working alongside the existing mental health community teams to reduce the risks.
All Young people you will be working will have a diagnosis of autism.
Being a car driver is preferred for this role.
This role is Monday to Friday 08:30- 4:30 with part time hours being considered.
This role is a 6 month block booking at band 6.
