If you want to help the world go round - literally - this is the perfect opportunity for you to learn about freight forwarding and logistics.
Working in a bustling office you will be instrumental in making sure that your clients shipments go from A to B and sometimes C in the quickest and most efficient way.
As a Freight Forwarder you will be trained on how to provide quotations and solutions for road based movements via email, phone and other platforms, providing the best solution for your client
You will be handling incoming email and platform enquiries and monitoring bookings from freight forwarders and overseeing road shipments
It will become second nature to keep your customers updated on shipment progress via phone, SMS, or email and will communicate any issues promptly whilst updating the booking history and preparing reports

You will be working on a shift pattern, one week of each and will be paid 15% shift bonus on top of your salary
Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30,
Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30,
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30,
14:00-22:30 (Mon-Thurs, Fri is 10:00-18:30).
Ideally, having your own transport will make your journey even more convenient.
