Our client is one of the UK's leading breakdown service providers - ' delivering the best in class motoring services for both private and business drivers. Their unprecedented growth means we are now recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanics to join their Roadside Patrol team.

As a Roadside Mechanic you will need:

A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
Demonstrative technical, electrical and diagnostic experience
A customer focused approach
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work at relatively short notice
Open to travel and overnight stays if necessary

In this role you will work the equivalent of 40 hours per week without a set roster. This means you will receive your roster seven days in advance, while the core hours that you are scheduled to work will be sent three days in advance. You will work within the hours of 0600 and 0200. Your shift patterns will include evenings, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays.

As a Roadside Mechanic, you'll come across a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues, so technical experience is essential, You'll need to demonstrate core mechanical electrical and diagnostic experience.
