We are currently recruiting for a Foreman to join HS2 site based in Solihull, B92 area of Birmingham.
Requirements:
– SMSTS,
– CSCS card,
– Full UK driving licence
– street works / road works and earthworks experience with a good knowledge on logistics movement of vehicles and traffic marshalling phasing works
Job duties will involve:
– overseeing the completion of all groundworks and some structures i.e bridges
– making sure health and safety is kept to standard
– signing off RAMS
– delivering toolbox talks
– checking work permits
– Liaising with senior managers
Hours: 7:30am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday with an hour break
Rate: £24.86 per hour PAYE
Overtime – after 10 hours in the day 1.3 and weekend overtime 1.5
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Long Term 3 – 5 Years
Lodge will be provided for candidates travelling over 50 miles. Lodge will be £49.08 per shift (taxable)
