SalaryRole Responsibilities
- Set and operate our roll forming equipment, presses and ancillary equipment
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
- Experience within setting and operating Rolling Mills
- Flexibility to work a rotating 3 shift pattern (Days, Afternoons and Nights)
- Able to check quality of the parts you manufacture
- Strong Health and Safety ethics
- Experience setting and operating COLD Rolling Mill.

39 hours per week working 3-week rota shift pattern:
- Shift 1 – Monday -Thursday 6am -2pm and Friday 6am-1pm
- Shift 2 – Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1pm-8pm
- Shift 2 – Monday - Thursday 10pm-6am and Friday 10pm-5am
£13.50 - £14.00 depending on experience, plus 22% shift allowance for day shifts and 25% shift allowance for night shift.
Average annual salary of £33,000-£35,000.
