What you’ll be doing
Set up orders and deliver to rooms.
Receive orders from Switchboard Operator
Prepare Room Service Trays to the required standard
Collect food when ready from the kitchen
Deliver to the guest room in a professional manner and follow the Marriott standards for Room Service delivery.
Conduct Tray walks on a regular basis to collect used trays from bedrooms and or bedroom corridors
Clean and tidy all areas of the Room Service preparation room, inc emptying of bins.
Additional Responsibilities
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you may also be asked to also work within the Conference & Banqueting depart and our Executive Lounge.
What we’re looking for
Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Previous banquet serving experience is a big plus
No Experience? No problem! - bring personality and dedication and we will provide the training
