What you will be doing as a Rooms Division Manager:

• Oversee the daily operation of the hotel.


• Hire, monitor, and train new employees with the policies and procedures.


• Maintain staff schedules.


• Supervise guest service employees in order to ensure high quality.


• Manage financial performance.


• Establish and maintain client relationships.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience as a Rooms Division Manager within the 4-star corporate hotel sector


• Knowledge of the Opera system


• Great communication and leadership skills


• Problem-solving skills and organisational skills
