We are looking for you, a senior practitioner to conduct deep dive Root Cause analysis sessions along with identifying, co-ordinating and delivering business process change and improvement to our Interruption to Water Supply Outcome Delivery Incentive.
This role is key in understanding current reasons for interruptions to water supply failure and future opportunities, whilst leading the process change that will deliver benefit. This will focus particularly across a variety of departments and external stakeholders. The role will feedback regularly into the I2S steering group and performance frameworks. You will work with the business, programme team and partners to understand what the future performance should look like and work with stakeholders and business leads to embed learning and provide assurance for change.

What does it take to be a Root Cause and Implementation Manager?
Proven ability at facilitating large workshops and managing challenging discussions
Experience of leading and articulating change and implementing the identified solutions
Extensive project and change management experience
Knowledge and experience of embedding change
Senior stakeholder management experience and presentation skills
