About The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Rota Administrator to join our National Clinicians Team.
- Ensuring stipulated rota cover is fully achieved accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring rota administration deadlines are met and maintained
- Create database and spreadsheet management and compilation of external and internal reports
- CQC support for compliance and evidence recording
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- To manage the accurate and timely completion of operational and clinical rota’s with CAS/OOH
- Compile rotas for each area from information received, as laid down in the Company protocols using Rota Master
- Finalise and issue agreed rota, subject to approval
- To ensure action is taken proactively to organise cover for the CAS/OOH Rota. All queries, allocations, A/L updates and changes are completed and amended in an effective and timely manner
- To report any trends in clinical/non clinical absences, non-attendances or late arrivals
The FTE salary is £23,520 for 12 months.
The working time is 37.5 hours per week from Monday-Friday 08:00-18:30 to be discussed with the Rota Manager. The role is office based.
What you'll be doing
The role would require building a rapport with staff and managers alike, and as such you will have exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- The post holder will be fully computer literate and be able to manipulate data base information as required.
- In addition exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills will be required to facilitate the provision of adequate and effective rota cover.
- Numeric accuracy and verbal reasoning are desirable.
- The post holder will be a team player and also able to work without constant supervision, able to make decisions and implement those decisions confidently.
- The post holder must have high levels of interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant operational experience working within the out of hour’s environment would be desirable.
