We're seeking a dedicated Rota Coordinator to play a vital role in our client’s charity organisation in Glasgow. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

What you will get in your new role

This is a permanent position with a pay rate of £22,700 per annum. You will work 35 hours per week, consisting of Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. This role comes with exceptional benefits including 33 days of holiday (inc. bank holidays), life assurance, long service and staff awards, as well as a Blue Light Card.

Your new employer

Our client is a charity organisation offering comprehensive rehabilitation and support services. You will be joining a tight-knit team of employees who are passionate about the jobs they do and who always pull together and look out for each other.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the Rota Coordinator, you are responsible for organising staff shifts, coordinating rehabilitation programmes with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of attendance and absences. You must maintain staffing levels, manage annual leave requests, and oversee training schedules. Additionally, you will liaise with management and agencies to address staffing deficits, manage agency requests, and ensure accurate invoicing. Other duties include producing holiday schedules, assisting with timesheets, and guiding new staff on rota procedures.
