Our post will enable you to expand your knowledge and expertise and broaden your clinical and non-clinical skills. You will have support and mentorship from experienced advanced pharmacists and team leaders in a variety of clinical areas. You will be supported to develop your independent prescribing role. We have good links with local universities which provide research and development opportunities.
Our Clinical Pharmacists provide a high quality, patient-centred service ensuring safe and effective use of medicines across the integrated health community. As a rotational pharmacist working in various multi disciplinary teams, you will have an integral role in providing high quality pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatient and the community of North West Wales.
