Full time hours on a temporary basis
Rough Sleeper Navigator will be required to support the outreach team in conducting weekly outreach visits to those who have been reported as rough sleeping in the Teignbridge area.
This will involve engaging with those who have complex needs.
The Navigator will also work with Rough Sleepers who are in accommodation and require support and advice on their longer term options.
This will include making appropriate referrals and working with partner agencies.
