Routes to Work Adviser/s (Bucks)

We are seeking someone with community and employability insight, to support our participants in 1:1 and group settings, helping them move into Work or relevant experience. You will know how to use information and record-keeping to achieve the best participant experience. You will go the extra mile for people, whilst understanding appropriate boundaries. These posts are based on a full time - one year contract (but part time may be considered)
