The role entails dealing with claims of a technical nature with a focus on Orthopaedic injuries.

The firm is keen to add an ambitious Personal Injury Fee Earner used to handling litigated RTA matters (both fast-track and multi-track). The role will see you given your own caseload of RTA files, which will primarily be litigated orthopaedic injury claims, which you'll manage from instruction to finish.
