Due to their continued success and growth, they are currently looking for an additional RTA Lawyer to join their Road Traffic Accidents department. Ideally 1 to 4 years PQE / Cilex / or alternatively, qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for their clients.
The caseload will be from cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial. Therefore, you must be an RTA Litigator who really knows the entire process. Cases will be majority fast track but there will be some exposure to multi-track work from high-quality non-CMC sources.
They are looking for a pragmatic individual, who has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the larger picture. Someone who can balance the needs of the individual client while progressing their whole caseload.
